789r Terms & Conditions – Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and 789r ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 789r online gaming platform available at 789r.site, including all associated products, services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on the 789r Platform, accessing any game, placing any bet, or making any deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 789r Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, and any other policies published on the 789r Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific policy document.

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with 789r and to access any real-money gaming, betting, or wagering feature on the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 789r strictly enforces this requirement through CNIC-based identity verification. Any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be immediately and permanently closed, and any balance held within that account will be forfeited in full.

2.2 One Account Rule. Each individual natural person may hold only one (1) active 789r account at any time. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether discovered at registration or at any later point — will result in all associated accounts being closed without notice. Any funds held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you have forgotten your existing account credentials, please contact 789r support for assistance before attempting to register a new account.

2.3 Accurate Information. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable. You agree to update this information promptly if any changes occur. 789r shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). 789r operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with its international licensing obligations. You may be required at any time — including before your first withdrawal — to submit identity documents including but not limited to: a clear photograph or scan of your CNIC, a recent selfie, proof of payment method ownership, and/or proof of residential address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

2.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. The 789r Platform is operated under an internationally recognized gaming license. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your specific jurisdiction. 789r does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal to access in all locations.

3.1 Credentials Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 789r login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances, including friends, family members, or persons claiming to be 789r support staff.

3.2 Unauthorized Access. You agree to notify 789r immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account by contacting support via live chat or the email address listed in these Terms. 789r shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. 789r strongly recommends that all players enable OTP-based two-factor authentication (2FA) through the account security settings panel. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access to your 789r account and PKR wallet.

3.4 Account Sharing Prohibited. Your 789r account is personal to you and must not be used by any other person. Account sharing — whether for the purpose of gambling, receiving bonuses, or any other reason — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 789r accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and selected cryptocurrency networks. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. No currency conversion fees are applied by 789r on standard PKR transactions.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount on the 789r Platform is PKR 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account wallet. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the deposit interface.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once KYC is completed and approved, standard withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes on average for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. 789r reserves the right to extend processing times for withdrawals that require additional security review.

4.4 Withdrawal Ownership. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that belongs to the registered account holder. You may not request withdrawal to a third-party account, mobile number, or bank account. Attempts to do so will be declined and may trigger a security review.

4.5 Deposit Source. You warrant that all funds deposited into your 789r account originate from a legitimate source and are not connected to any unlawful activity. 789r complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and may request source-of-funds documentation for significant deposits.

5.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions offered by 789r are available to eligible registered players only. Each promotion carries its own specific eligibility criteria, which will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, only one promotion may be claimed per player per promotional period.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds credited to your 789r account are subject to wagering requirements. You must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms and conditions.

5.3 Game Contributions. Not all game types on the 789r Platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, while table games such as Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and Teen Patti may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution percentages are stated within each promotion's terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. 789r reserves the right to cancel any bonus and/or void any winnings accrued through bonus play if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or exploiting technical errors.

5.5 Expiry. Bonuses and free spins credited to your 789r account expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your wallet without compensation.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 789r Platform operates according to its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with applicable game rules before wagering real-money funds. 789r is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connection failure during a game round, 789r reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account. Win nings generated as a direct result of a verifiable software error may be voided at 789r's discretion. 789r will communicate the outcome of any technical error investigation to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

6.3 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on the 789r Platform — including PSL cricket, international Test and T20 cricket, UFC, and football markets — are subject to the specific sportsbook rules published within the betting interface. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, a bet is binding at the odds displayed at time of acceptance.

6.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by 789r in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, obvious pricing errors, or where the integrity of the event is in question. Voided bets are refunded to the player's 789r wallet at the stake amount.

6.5 Minimum and Maximum Wagers. Minimum and maximum wager amounts apply across all games and betting markets on the 789r Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. 789r reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on specific accounts at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 789r Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the 789r Platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage;
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or technical vulnerabilities on the Platform;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code or back-end systems of the 789r Platform;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to your 789r account without first attempting to resolve the matter through 789r's official support channels;
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or operating a 789r account as a proxy for a third party;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the normal operation of the Platform.

8.1 Commitment to Player Wellbeing. 789r is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire platform. 8.2 Deposit Limits. All 789r players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account dashboard. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least twenty-four (24) hours. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately upon request.

9.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 789r Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of 789r.

9.3 User Content. Any feedback, suggestions, or content you voluntarily submit to 789r (including through support interactions or community channels) may be used by 789r without restriction, compensation, or obligation of confidentiality, subject to the provisions of the 789r Privacy Policy.

10.1 Platform Availability. 789r endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond 789r's reasonable control. 789r shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform downtime.

10.2 Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 789r shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the 789r Platform, even if 789r has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 789r's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 789r account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk, that past results do not predict future outcomes, and that you may lose some or all of the funds you wager. 789r is not responsible for any financial loss you sustain through your voluntary participation in gaming or betting activities on the Platform.

11.1 Data Collection. 789r collects, stores, and processes personal data in connection with your registration and use of the Platform. The types of data collected include identity information, contact details, payment information, device and technical data, and gameplay activity records. 12.1 Applicable Law. 12.2 Dispute Resolution. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures specified by 789r's licensing authority.

12.3 Language. These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted solely according to the English-language version. Any translation provided for convenience does not affect the interpretation of the original English text.

13.1 Right to Amend. 789r reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where applicable law requires a minimum notice period. Amendments become effective upon publication on the 789r Platform.
